If we could bring you back again,
For one more hour or day,
We’d express all our unspoken love;
We’d have countless things to say.

And that your presence in our lives

Remember Me.....

Remember me on quiet days
When raindrops whisper on your pane;
But in your memories have not grief,
Let just the joy we knew remain.

Remember me when evening stars
Look down on you with steadfast eyes;
And when your thoughts do turn to me,
Know that I would not have you cry;
But live for me and laugh for me -
When you are happy, so am I.

Remember an old joke we shared;
Remember me when spring walks by;
Think of me when you are glad,
And while you live, I shall not die.

We'll Never Say Goodbye

I cannot see you with my eyes
Or hear you with my ears,
But thoughts of you are with me still
And often dry my tears.

You whisper in the rustling leaves
That linger in the fall,
And in the gentle evening breeze,
I'm sure I hear you call.

A part of you remains with me
That none can take away;
It gives me strength to carry on
At dawning of each day.

I think of happy times we shared
And then I softly sigh,

Light a Candle

To shatter all the darkness and bless the times we knew.
Like a beacon in the night
The flame will burn bright and guide us on our way.

The seasons come and go, and I'm weary from the change.
I keep on moving on, you know it's not the same.
And when I'm walking all alone

Do your hear me sing the songs we used to sing?

You filled my life with wonder, touched me with surprise,
Always saw that something special deep within your eyes.
And through the good times and the bad,
We carried on with pride.
I hold onto the love and life we knew.

I sit and wonder where the time has gone

A year has passed, how was I able to continue on.

 

Everything is different now but somehow I found a way

My will to move forward seems to get harder with each passing day

 

People tell me to move on and that I’m young I will find someone new

If they could only feel for a moment my suffering how quickly they would review

 

For this life I have brought on to myself this pain

For letting my love die…I am tormented, doomed to live a long life with this shame.

 

Here we are...


I've held your hand
and walked with you
uphill and down
along life's pathway.

We've journeyed far
now here we are
near the end of the road
your hand in mine
holding tight.

We'll not stumble or fall
the sun shines on our path
the ends in sight.

You will leave me
I'll walk alone
but you'll leave behind
enough of you to see me through.

Until one day
my turn will come.

Once more we'll walk
hand in hand
forever friends together.

The one I  always dreamed of,

The only one I will ever love.

The one who can still bring me to my knees,

The one who took my heart when he left...

 

I hope you have found the peace you have been looking for. 

I hope there is no more sorrow, no more guilt and no more pain. 

I hope you are truly happy, and now know how much you are loved.

Please do what makes you laugh because we all love to hear it.

Make some noise to let us know your still here. 

Fill our hearts w/ love & our heads w/ memories so we may laugh again.

Whisper in my ear something only I would understand.

Save me a seat next to you my love - because I can't wait to see you.

This is all I can give you now,know that I do it will all my heart and all my love.

There is a place in my soul no one but you can see, a place in my heart you will always be.
